2021 Sato Pinot Noir Northburn

A direct contrast in style to the 2021 Cuvée L'Insolite (which is 100% whole bunch), the 2021 vintage of Yoshiaki & Kyoko Sato's Northburn Station Pinot Noir is both savoury and earthy yet incredibly soft and plush on the palate.  Think bright, juicy red fruits with a nicely integrated, fine boned tannins.
