Les Vins de la Gabare

Les vins de la Gabare is a project run by Loire Valley natural winemaker Nicolas Reau and local growers. The idea behind his project is to create excellent value wines from organically-farmed grapes and make them as naturally as possible, resulting in wines that faithfully reflect the place they come from and can be enjoyed by everyone.

“Gabare” is a flat-bottomed barge or sailing scow (it can have masts on it), the type often seen on the Loire and other French rivers.
