Login to view price.Our third iteration of Big Fizz Sparkling Rosé in keg, this time from certified organic, hand harvested Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Merlot from Maraekakaho and Bridge Pa in Hawke's Bay. Wild fermented separately in stainless steel, blended and then matured, before being tank-carbonated into keg. Unfined, vegan.
Delivered in a 20L Wine Diamonds keg with a D-type fitting (typical beer fitting).
NB: Must dispense with CO2 (typical beer dispensing setup).
