A bright, fresh, organic Shiraz from South Australia. Youthful, energetic and spicy. Deep, vibrant purple-red in the glass; abundant dark blackberry, plum, and black cherry on the nose. Medium-bodied, with luscious dark fruits, chocolate amaro, and a persistent pink pepper, clove and eucalyptus finish. Deep flavour, supple, velvety tannins and a refreshing acidity to finish - a nice departure from the boring, low-acid Shiraz that Australia sometimes cops a bad reputation for.

Terroir Project is a new project of single-vineyard wines showcasing unique terroirs from around Australia. It's a new project brought to life by winemaker Lauren Langfield, who also works as Chief Winemaker for Orbis Wines in McLaren Vale. The wines are incredible translations of vineyard site and soil, and for the technically minded among us, the back labels offer all of the following information on each wine too.
