One of Eric's "Cuvées Gastronomique", this is off-dry and strikes a balance and harmony equal to the very best Champagne.

Still served by the glass upon arrival at Alain Passard's 3-star restaurant L'Arpège, where Eric was the Chief Sommelier many years ago.
