A light, juicy, skin-contact Grüner Veltliner with elevated aromatics and texture
Vinification
The fruit for this wine was wild-fermented on its skins for six weeks being pressed-off and returned into stainless steel tank. Full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for 12 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.
