A rich, textural Chardonnay with intensity of flavour, structure and balance of oak.
Vinification
The fruit was hand harvested, wild-fermented in small and large format French oak (approx. 5% new) to achieve a balance of texture and taste. Full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on gross lees for 9 months prior to being kegged unfiltered and unfined.
