Saison 'Summer Flowers #3' Vermouth

This is for batch #3 of 'Summer Flowers' - the latest release from Dave's Saison Vermouth project. It's made from an organic Muscat base, then using a mix of marigold, calendula, elderflower, chamomile, wormwood, apricots and peaches from a biodynamic farm on Mornington Peninsula.

Beautifully balanced, with a little hint of sweetness, this is the perfect delight to see out the last little bit of summer. It's incredibly flavoursome but still light and refreshing enough to drink on its own. Best with one large ice cube in a glass, we reckon!
