2020 Still Life 'Big Fizz' Sparkling Rosé 20L Keg
Big Fizz is our first trial into sparkling wine in keg! This is a dry, fresh, sparkling rosé made from hand-picked Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon from a 20 year old, biodynamically farmed and dry grown vineyard in Margaret River, Western Australia. Wild, co-fermentation, gently pressed into stainless steel for fermentation and maturation. Vegan. Unfined. Unfiltered.
We had this wine carbonated into keg by our friends at Hop Nation in Victoria, Australia before our latest batch of kegs made its way for NZ. In short, these guys have the equipment (an 'Anton Paar' unit, if you want to geek out) to make sure the wine's carbonation is dialled into perfection for you to pour continuously under CO2/on a normal beer line.
Delivered in a 20L Wine Diamonds keg with a D-type fitting (typical beer fitting). PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST DISPENSE USING CO2! Any queries on the best setup for these kegs please talk to Dan first.
