2019 Mosse Bisou
An assemblage of Grolleau Noir, Pineau d’Aunis, Côt, Gamay, Grolleau Gris, and Cabernet Franc from Mosse's own vineyards and from other local organic farmers too. Carbonic maceration, light, fruity and spicy too. Gently handled with just a 'bisou' (kiss) of colour to it. Chilled red perfection.
