2017 Manon High Paradise

Savagnin, Chardonnay & Garganega

A mix of early picked fruit, some oxidised untopped barrels, fully ripened fruit and some whole bunch macerated. This vintage sees one small plot of Garganega which makes up one barrel worth. This wine is equal parts freshness and richness, and always has an underlying salinity to it.
