2018 Basket Range Wine Vineyard Blend
A continuation of the label from 2016 and 2017, and with similar varieties in the past, but a more structural wine than in the past.
Approx. 50% Petit Verdot (mostly whole bunch), 30% Cabernet Sauvignon (destemmed) and 20% Merlot (destemmed). All fermented seperately in open top fermenters, then blended together.
Organically farmed, estate grown, no additions except for 20ppm SO2 added at bottling.
